• Run Operations: Grew the Partnership and Operations departments by 80% in the first quarter due to new division arrangements creating Google Workspace and its website. Blackmont expanded its operations into 5 different countries.

•Build new products: Created new structures/systems in the business where it was lacking before, making improvements in the business. Such as coordinating workshops for business consultants and joining partnerships with York’s University.
